This restaurant, owned by Swire Hotels, has taken over the space that once housed Italian restaurant Domani. If you ever had the opportunity to eat at Domani, you would know that the atmosphere, decor, and food did not disappoint; The Continental is no exception.
When entering The Continental, the interior (designed by David Collins Studio) will take your breath away with its high ceilings and intricate wave-like pattern, perfectly matched color palette, and its all around photogenic design. This would be a great place for a casual after work drink or for an upscale dinner. The environment is inviting and the service was phenomenal.
The Continental's menu is European-inspired with a selection of dishes sure to please all taste buds. There are many seafood and meat options, as well as a handful of vegetarian options. I was expecting prices to be high, however I found them to be quite reasonable given the quality of food, service, and ambiance of the restaurant. Everything we had on the menu was delicious and presented well. Based on our great dining experience, I would highly recommend The Continental.
