Since 2009, Lily & Bloom have been front-runners in the city's cocktail culture and have recently gone through a complete revamp of their cocktail list. Award-winning mixologist Pawel Mikusek is using his experience in London and the classic New York approach to cocktails to create 13 new drinks, which utilise a variety of house-made syrup infusions and in-house liqueurs.

Captain Blackbeard’s Brew (HK$550) – Zacapa 23 years, coffee liqueur, cold dripped coffee

Mexican Ribbon

Mexican Ribbon (HK$120) – Grand Marnier, Horchata, Pimento Dram, walnut bitters, chilli, Don Julio Blanco

New Yorker and Head Chef Billy Otis has also introduced a new American snacks menu to complement Mikusek's cocktails. Using the finest premium ingredients to create quality and standard nibbles, you can expect high-end bar food from Lily & Bloom. 

Seafood Trio at Lily and Bloom

Seafood Trio (HK$295) with house smoked salmon, crispy fried sole and mini lobster rolls.

Grilled Chicken Thigh at Lily and Bloom

Grilled Marinated Chicken Thigh (HK$110) served with homemade flatbread, sun-dried tomato dip, arugula.
