Since 2009, Lily & Bloom have been front-runners in the city's cocktail culture and have recently gone through a complete revamp of their cocktail list. Award-winning mixologist Pawel Mikusek is using his experience in London and the classic New York approach to cocktails to create 13 new drinks, which utilise a variety of house-made syrup infusions and in-house liqueurs.

New Yorker and Head Chef Billy Otis has also introduced a new American snacks menu to complement Mikusek's cocktails. Using the finest premium ingredients to create quality and standard nibbles, you can expect high-end bar food from Lily & Bloom.
