From now until 23 April 2017, indulge in an exclusive Thai spread at The Mira's Discover Thai Taste buffet, organised in collaboration with S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.The buffet spread features signature dishes from Yamm’s Thai sous-chef, Danita Srisuwan, alongside dishes from Baan restaurant in Bangkok, which is co-owned by leading Thai chef Thitid Tassanakajohn.

Be prepared to dig into Baan's signature dishes served by guest chef Chaiyota such as massaman curry, five-spice egg and pork belly, jasmine fried rice with seafood tom tum and minced dry-aged beef salad.
Venture outside the familiar Thai palate with Yamm Sous-Chef Danita Srisuwan's creations like BBQ pork neck with spicy tamarind sauce (kor moo yang), stir-fried chicken with cashews (miang pla too), stir-fried shrimp with shrimp paste and parkia seed (goong pad kapi) and spicy poached pork and baby jackfruit salad (tum ka nun moo).
Aside from the Thai spread, enjoy a fresh seafood selection, a range of sashimi and sushi and grilled oysters and scallops.
And of course, we didn't miss out on the wonderful array of Thai desserts: rice berry pudding with longan, sweet charcoal pudding with salty coconut, pandan waffles with ice cream and more.
