Differentiating itself from the rest of Hong Kong’s Italian restaurants, Castellana focuses on bringing to life Piedmontese cuisine. Some of their signatures include the pasta fresca and carbonara “au koque” which can be paired with an extensive selection of wine suited to individual palates. Ingredients are imported directly from the chef’s hometown region of Piedmont.
