The Cheese & Steak Beef Signature brings smoky brisket, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms together with a rich grilled cheese sauce. The win here is the balance. The brisket gives the pizza a deeper, smokier profile, whilst the peppers and onions help to cut through the richness before things get too heavy.
Then comes the crunchy cheddar crust, which does exactly what a good pizza crust should do: make you want to finish every last bite instead of abandoning the edges in the box.
The Cheese & Steak Chicken Classic is the lighter of the two, and we can see it working for those who prefer a milder, creamier slice. But against the beef version, it plays things a little safer. The chicken makes for an easy-going pizza, though it lacks the same smoky oomph that makes the beef more memorable.

For maximum comfort-food energy, we would order the Cheese & Steak Beef Signature again. It is smoky, cheesy, savoury, and just indulgent enough to scratch that end-of-day craving.
The chicken is pleasant and wallet-friendly with the app promo, but the beef has the stronger personality. If you are choosing one, go beef.
