The Mira Hong Kong’s Yamm all-day-dining restaurant is ending our lunchtime monotony with the launch of the “Caravan of Flavours” lunch buffet.
The Tsim Sha Tsui buffet eatery has revamped its lunch buffet offering to showcase a weekly rotating selection of cuisines from around the world, kicking off with Thai and Vietnamese from Mar. 2 to 6. Here, diners can expect vibrant street-food flavours in dishes like the spicy duck salad with mango and pomelo, Saigon-style pho, Thai crab omelette, and Vietnamese caramelised pork belly.
Next is up Silk Road flavours from Mar. 9 to 13, a comforting journey across northern China, Central Asia, and the Middle East. Xi’an biang biang noodles and Lanzhou‑style beef noodle soup are up for grabs at the live noodle station, whilst the Pashtun-style beef chapli kebab and Persian spiced roast leg of lamb are meatier contenders.
Malaysian and Singaporean is the third theme in the series, on from Mar. 16 to 20. Hawker-style favourites take centre stage with the likes of the Hainanese chicken rice, beef rendang, grilled fish wrapped in banana leaf, and, at the live noodle station, Singapore-style laksa.
Last but not least, lunchtime diners from Mar. 23 to 27 can indulge in dishes from the Mediterranean region, ranging from southern Europe to North Africa. The coastal flavours here are the most diverse of the lot – think Marseille bouillabaisse, paella with prawn, mussel, and chicken, squid-ink linguine, and Moroccan chicken tagine.
For Yamm regulars, the eatery’s signature chilled seafood on ice and live‑carved Peking duck remain on board daily.
Yamm’s lunch buffet is priced at HKD488 for adults on weekdays and HKD598 for adults on weekends and public holidays, with free-flow juice and sparkling wine included on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
