Ranked at number 32 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025, progressive Soho cocktail bar The Savory Project is the ideal spot to host this new pop-up in celebration of Italian chocolatier Venchi’s signature Cremino three-layer square chocolate collection, long beloved for its sublime melt-in-the-mouth texture.

From Apr. 2 to 17, the Cremino Bar pop-up at The Savory Project is offering sophisticated tipplers the chance to sip on five exclusive cocktails, known as Creminotails (HKD140 each), inspired by Cremino’s five flavours (Pistachio Dark, Pistachio, Cremino 1878, Gold Caramel, and Extra Dark). Each drink comes paired with its corresponding Cremino chocolate square.

The innovative cocktails run the gamut from Pistachio Fizz, a nod to Cremino Pistachio Dark, an earthy concoction blending pistachio, rice, cinnamon, wasabi, and barley shochu, to Gold Caramel Cremino’s rich beverage counterpart, Matcha Nightcap, made with matcha, cacao, and coconut foam.
