Joining Babette and Chouchou, newly formed restaurant group HORA is bringing 180º Modern Fire Grill to Central for a dose of charcoal-kissed fiery meals.

The culinary doctors are taking over the former location of izakaya Yurakucho. The menu is focused on “Western fire-based cooking food,” HORA co-founder Clément Jacquel shares with Foodie.

If anything is to be expected from the sister venue of this group offering fine French gastronomy, 180º could rival other steak restaurants within its field. It is expected to open in September.
