Human company and intimacy are at the centre of Shelley Tai’s second opening in a year with Fello.
Now open on Wyndham Street, the design of the two-storey cocktail bar welcomes stimulating conversation in its buzzy space. A collection of warm-coloured and -crafted bars, tables, and seating invite drinkers to focus on people first.
Fello’s cocktail menu zeroes in on eight drinks, ranging in ABV from 7% to 21% and price from HKD100 to HKD130, all with classical expressions. Fans of Bee’s Knees, espresso martinis, and palomas are in for a treat with Shelley’s expected twists.
Signature cocktails like the pineapple basil smash, Gyokuro melon punch, and peony pear smoothie reflect Fello’s philosophy of simple drinks brushed with Asian touches. Food is served too, with highlights of the scallion oil tossed noodles and tsukune chicken burger.
Mius, Shelley Tai’s first independent and own homecoming bar in Hong Kong, opened with electric vigour in August 2025 and has since swooped many awards – namely the Foodie Forks 2026 Best New Bar and Asia’s 50 Best Best Bar Design Award 2026, showcasing a debut 36th placement on the esteemed list.
Fello is open Monday through Thursday from 5PM to 12AM and on Friday and Saturday from 5PM to 2AM.
