The Baker & The Bottleman’s friendship with Wan Chai is over this year – Causeway Bay is the bakery’s new best friend.
After four and some years on Wan Chai’s Lee Tung Avenue, the bakery will be moving to Leighton Road in Causeway Bay, targeting an opening date of mid- to late November.
The bakery-cum-restaurant, which is currently hosting an extended meat grill pop-up with Marrow till Sep. 30, will close from early to mid-October for the move to the next neighbourhood over.
The Baker & The Bottleman has earned its stripes with a line-up of fine-dining-standard pastries with British influences in the daytime, matched with a meaty sharing programme at night.
