Soft Thunder, a local bakery popular for its egg tarts and crispy, cream-filled unicorn puff pastry cones, has added several boozy limited-time additions to its repertoire, a partnership with Filipino beer brand San Miguel.
From now until Oct. 31, customers can get their hands on two Italian-inspired sweet treats incorporating San Miguel: the beera-misu cup (HKD42), tiramisu kicked up with San Miguel Cerveza Negra, and a riff on panna cotta, the beera-cotta cup (HKD42), crafted with San Miguel Cerveza Blanca and paired with fresh mango.
The bakery’s unicorn puff (HKD32) line-up also sees two limited flavours of (you guessed it) Cerveza Negra and Cerveza Blanca. On the coffee side, there’s the beeracano (HKD69) topped with a bold layer of frothy Cerveza Negra and the fruity passion fruit beeracano (HKD69) featuring Cerveza Blanca.
The dessert cups and unicorn puffs are available daily from 10:30AM at Soft Thunder’s Kennedy Town and Wan Chai shops, whilst the speciality drinks can exclusively be ordered at the bakery’s Wan Chai flagship.
