Riding the sweet wave set by the mid-2010 forbears and recent viral hit MYKA, Chill Hill is Hong Kong’s latest froyo shop to open in Sai Wan.
Chill Hill opens inside Hill Laundry in Shek Tong Tsui churning out small-batch froyo made with Australian yogurt and French cream.
Nine crafted froyo creations land on the menu with pre-opening highlights with the banoffee (HKD50) topped with Lotus biscuit crumbs, very berries (HKD56) with acai and mixed berries, and Medi delight (HKD58) featuring a mix of fig, dates, balsamic, and pistachio already earning spoonfuls.
The froyo taps open from 12:30PM until stocks last. We recommend an early-ish post-lunch visit to allay your disappointment going empty-handed back to work.
