Top Nagoya-based pizzeria BBBond is coming Hong Kong’s way this December for their first international post.
The Neapolitan pizzeria is the brainchild of famed Tokyo pizzeria Savoy co-founder Shinichi Matsuda and French patisserie chain Baguette Rabbit founder Kazunori Furuiido.
BBBond only stocks three full-time pizzas on the menu: the Formaggi, Marinara, and Margarita, with seasonal and limited-time Japanese-inspired pies available occasionally. Antipasti, prosciutto, sausages, salads, and soups join the rest of their dining fleet.
BBBond is rated the 4th best pizzeria in Nagoya, Japan’s fourth-most populous city, and the 2nd most booked by locals, according to Tabelog.
The restaurant will be taking over the space once occupied by artisan pizzeria Amalfitana Central.
