Launched two days ago inside a cafe hidden within Quarry Bay’s Monster Building, Ice Bean Cafe has come out with possibly Hong Kong’s coldest cup of coffee.

Their new -86°c dirty coffee (HKD68) has arrived. Kept frozen in a medical-grade freezer installed in the cafe, the dirty coffee is created with pre-mixed milk and a steaming hot espresso. You can change the milk for pistachio oat milk.

The café recommends drinking the dirty coffee within 30 to 40 seconds of serving.

Ice Bean Cafe claims that they are the first in Hong Kong to launch this cold of a cup of coffee. Just don’t freeze your lips off when you have a sip!
