Last night, we blew the roof off of Central Market hosting the 11th annual edition of the Foodie Forks 2025 awards ceremony. We celebrated together with more than 175 chefs, bartenders, restaurateurs, media figures, critics, and influencers over one goal: to uplift the dining scene that we love.

Awarding a record 48 restaurants, bars, and cafés in Hong Kong, we showed support for Hong Kong’s dynamic F&B scene that needs all the praise it deserves, whilst highlighting the key people inside the kitchens, behind the bars, and in front of the counters that work tirelessly to feed our stomachs and hearts.
