With today’s diners seeking more and more immersive culinary experiences to expand their gastronomic horizons (and their attention spans) comes the debut of “7 Paintings: The Art of Dining” at The Murray, Hong Kong

7 Paintings is a globally launched dining experience combining art and technology with delicious fine-dining dishes. Each of the seven courses is inspired by a specific artist and their masterpieces, from Michelangelo and Van Gogh to Banksy to Warhol. This experience is completely captivating and hands-on, using projections and music and even encouraging guests themselves to paint and solve riddles during the meal.

Dish highlights of the ultimate 7 Paintings grande menu (HKD1,750 pp) include the bluefin tuna carpaccio, smoked toothfish, and braised Wagyu short rib.

A more succinct classic menu and vegetarian menu are both priced at HKD1,350 per person, whilst the children’s menu for kids aged 6 to 12 costs HKD650 per child.

The “7 Paintings” experience can be enjoyed at The Murray, Hong Kong, every Thursday and Friday at 7PM and on weekends and public holidays at 12PM and 7PM.
