Those of us craving a taste of Lung King Heen’s two-Michelin-starred dim sim but who don’t want to commit to a full sit-down meal are in luck with the launch of the Four Season Hotel’s Cake Shop pop-up at ifc mall.

The star of this pop-up show is Lung King Heen’s iconic baked “pineapple” bun filled with barbecued pork and pine nuts (HKD48/pc), a yum cha masterpiece innovated by chef Chan Yan Tak, the Foodie Forks 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. Limited quantities of this bun and other regularly rotating dim sum items can be yours from 3PM daily.

On the sweet side are exclusive new pastry creations courtesy of executive pastry chef Ringo Chan. Pistachio takes centre stage in the Sicilian pistachio brownies danish (HKD48/pc) and pistachio maritozzo (HKD48/pc). The Piedmont hazelnut brownies danish (HKD48/pc) and limoncello maritozzo (HKD48/pc) are two more tempting pastry newcomers.

Customers can also opt for a selection of signature tried-and-tested Cake Shop treats, from the classic Macanese egg tart (HKD19/pc) to the Black Forest cake (HKD78/slice or HKD460/cake).

The pop-up is open for the entire upcoming festive season, 10AM till 7PM daily from Oct. 13 till Jan. 12, 2026.
