Popular wine bar ThinkWine is returning its Kitchen Takeover Series inviting three popular restaurants across Hong Kong to share their food expertise alongside top wines.

Selected by co-founders Romain Loriot and Jean-Benoit Issele, the series began with new Korean restaurant O’rm on Nov. 12 with classic Korean flavours adapted to a menu made for picking at.

On Dec. 1, duck-specialty restaurant Le Colvert is joining ThinkWine for a four-course tasting menu (HKD728 pp.), featuring dishes terrine de foie gras and duck filet with truffle sauce and gratin dauphinois.

And finally, on Dec. 6, Foodie Forks 2026 Best Steakhouse Fireside is heading over to the SoHo-based wine bar for a menu that blends smoke and texture in food and complexity in wine.
