We all know that art doesn’t quite get enough recognition in Hong Kong, but if there’s a time when we ever come close, it’s March. With Asia’s premier art events like Art Basel and Art Central going strong, how can we foodies also jump on the bandwagon?

The answer might be at the The Langham. From now till April 30, The Bostonian restaurant located within the hotel will be serving the “Elements of Art Menu” which complements the exhibition put up by Hong Kong artist Michael Lam. The four-course dinner menu reflects the exhibition’s theme and tells the story of the four elements – Water, Earth, Fire and Air.

The Artesian bar is also serving art-inspired cocktails, which look pretty darn amazing to me.

Piet Mondrian’s “Tableau I” (1921)
Salvador Dali’s “The Persistence of Memory” (1931)
