Fine Arts: On April 10th, 8½ Otto e Mezzo turns into a stage not only for culinary flourishes but also for musical virtuosity. An unique 6-course wine pairing dinner with be presented to the tune of renowned violinist Gian Paolo Peloso’s performance, on his rare Italian violin dating back to 1755.
This one-night event will commence at 7pm in 8½ Otto e Mezzo’s cozy lounge, with select masterpieces by the renowned violinist. Diners will then move on to the main dining room to enjoy the culinary masterworks of three-star Michelin chef Bombana.
On the 6-course wine-pairing menu are classics such as Dover sole, dressed in a Champagne citrus sauce with calvisius elite caviar, veal tenderloin with foie gras and black truffles, and apple tart with raisin run ice cream. The menu is priced to the tune of $2,480 per person. A pricey evening, but certainly an evening well spent with the great masters of food and music.
