Vasco is without a doubt one of our favourite restaurants from the past two years. Voted as Best Restaurant of the year in 2015 by you foodies, with its fine Basque cooking using tremendous precision and invention. It will be sorely missed.

Luckily for us, Vasco’s head chef Gabriele Milani will continue to helm the next venture that is going to take over Vasco’s premise. Reopening in mid May is The Drawing Room, a Michelin starred Italian restaurant located in Causeway Bay from 2009-2014. The menu will be new but feature a selection of The Drawing Room’s signature dishes.
