Chef Ben Orpwood brings the inspiration behind London’s hottest restaurant concept to Hong Kong for four nights only in this unique collaboration with HK pop-up master Test Kitchen. The former executive chef of London’s critically acclaimed Sexy Fish is set to dazzle Hong Kong diners with an exclusive tasting menu full of Japanese and European flavours. Expect tempting dishes such as smoked eel and pork toast, Kumamoto oysters and Granny Smith mignonette, roasted pigeon with roasted hazelnuts and double chocolate tofu.

Prior to Sexy Fish, Chef Ben Orpwood worked across the globe with Zuma group, leading the kitchens in the restaurant empire’s London, Istanbul, Dubai and Sydney locations. It was at Zuma where he met Chef Michael Hoepfl, who will be joining him for this four-night pop-up in Hong Kong. Whilst Chef Orpwood’s skill set leans towards Japanese culinary traditions, Chef Hoepfl’s skills are focused on traditional European cuisine, having worked in several Michelin-starred kitchens in Germany.

The unique tasting menu is available at Test Kitchen from 9–12 February, with two seating times at 7pm and 8:15pm. The menu is priced at $1,380 per person and includes wine pairings.

Tickets must be reserved in advance and can be purchased here.
