Rech, one of the most acclaimed seafood restaurants in Paris, arrives in Hong Kong with a second restaurant at the swanky InterContinental Hong Kong. The harbour-view restaurant celebrated its grand opening yesterday with a glitzy party featuring some of Monsieur Ducasse’s signature dishes.

We sat down today for an exclusive interview with the legendary chef and watched him prepare a delicate lobster dish in the kitchen with Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina. It was truly a food lover’s dream come true.
