Customers are treated to a combination of fine cuisine paired with a gallery-style environment in this huge 4,000-square-foot art space where every wall is covered with masterpieces. This includes fine art from notable Australian painter Fred Williams and famous Chinese-French painter Zao Wou Ki. The chefs here go to great lengths to create exceptional, authentic, family-recipe Italian dishes such as home-made Tortelli, with a seasonal menu that changes monthly.

Mapuche is an independent, family-run business located a short ferry ride away on Lantau Island. They have a unique one-stop shop offering imported products from Chile, Spain, Mexico and Australia that you can sample during your meal and purchase to take home. The private kitchen showcases three tasting menus ranging from Chilean, to Spanish, to vegetarian. They sell premium Hispanic wines and spirits, craft beers, healthy salad boxes and offer delivery across Lantau Island. They also offer free cooking classes for domestic helpers.

Comilonas

Comilonas serves traditional dishes from Barcelona. The family-style sharing menu (from $550/person) consists of six tasting dishes, salad, paella and dessert to top it all off. The menu changes slightly according to what’s in season, and the entire meal is narrated by the husband-and-wife duo behind it all. Catalan wines and sangria can also be provided upon request. They will come directly to your home or host you in you whichever special space you book.
