It seems Chef Nate Green names his passion projects after the significant people in his life, starting with recently shuttered restaurant Rhoda, named after his beloved grandmother, and now with the launch of Harley’s gourmet burgers, commemorating his newborn son.

Available at all Cali-Mex Bar and Grill locations, as well as at its own virtual shopfront on Foodpanda, Harley’s features a line of 10 gourmet burgers with catchy names like Rumble in the Bronx ($188), a classic beef burger with bacon, thick-cut tomato, onion, American cheese and French’s mustard, and Aye Aye Captain ($158), a beer-battered fish burger with mushy peas, tartare sauce and fries.

We would also love to sink our teeth into The Good Burger ($168), a Middle Eastern–flavoured falafel burger with chilli sauce, tomato, coleslaw and avocado. And if you really want to go big or go home, opt for the Double Down ($228), a towering Goliath of two beef patties, two slices of American cheese, shredded lettuce and a load of pickles.

Impossible meat (+$20) will also be offered as a vegetarian substitution to the burgers, a surprising move by such a meat-loving chef.
