Brunch at The Murray
Two of this fashionable hotel’s restaurants, Popinjays and The Tai Pan, will be offering special brunches in celebration of Easter. The Top-Flight Brunch at Popinjays will feature a five-course menu filled with delectables such as wild-caught black cod, Aveyron milk lamb and morel mushroom risotto and asparagus with Perigord black truffle. For dessert, there’s a milk chocolate flowerpot and a lemon and cream cheese nest. To keep the kids entertained, there will be balloon twisting and face-painting. The “Eggstravagant” Brunch at The Tai Pan on Easter Sunday will feature freshly shucked Takanobu oysters, carvery and BBQ stations and a special kids’ menu and magic show. There will also be a egg-hunting session on Easter Sunday.

Harbourside at InterContinental
Celebrate Easter weekend with spectacular views across Victoria Harbour at InterContinental’s Harbourside restaurant. Chef Nicholas Chan will prepare an extravagant buffet spread that includes a truffle pasta station, a foie gras omelette station and a carving station featuring roast lamb. At the Good Friday, Saturday and Monday lunch buffets, there will be a Peking duck station, as well as the truffle pasta and foie gras stations. On Easter Sunday, kids can unleash their creativity with a chocolate egg-painting session at the buffet. Magicians and balloon twisters will provide additional entertainment.

Feast at EAST
Feast restaurant will be offering its signature semi-buffet brunch and dinner spreads alongside an extra-special dessert counter for the sweet-toothed. Expect traditional Easter hot cross buns along with yuzu honey mousse cake, custard kisses and tofu chocolate mousse. On Easter Sunday, there will also be a live bunny show and egg-painting workshop during brunch and a magic show to enchant guests during dinner service.

Family-friendly brunch at Mandarin Oriental
This Easter Sunday, Mandarin Oriental will open up its Connaught Room for a special holiday brunch. Expect lots of fresh seafood as well as traditional festive eats. This family event features plenty of fun activities for the kids. There’s chocolate egg painting, an electrical circuit board demonstration and pulley assembly with an engineer and face-painting. Little tykes are invited to become a “Mini Hotelier for a Day” with nail-art lessons and barbershop training. They can even become housekeepers by playing a special laundry and amenity game.

Cioccolato Brunch at 208 Duecento Otto
A special chocolate-centric buffet brunch by Chef Zeno Bevilacqua will entice diners on the long Easter weekend. The selection will remain the same as 208’s regular buffet brunch, but there will be additions like spring lamb and a chocolate fountain, as well as a bevy of chocolate desserts. The restaurant’s Bambino Room, created by Maggie & Rose, will also keep the little ones occupied while their parents linger at the dessert table.

Catalan-inspired brunch at La Rambla

Brunch at Hunter & The Chase

YUM CHA’s Easter dim sum
Dim sum gets a Easter spin at YUM CHA with adorable Easter-inspired dim sum. Sink your teeth into hot custard glutinous rice dumplings ($49 for 3) shaped like bunnies, deep-fried turnip dumplings ($39 for 3) shaped like carrots and baked pineapple puffs ($49 for 3) modelled after yellow chicks, served up in a mini birdcage. There’s even a cold sesame tofu with spicy smoked salmon dish ($59) shaped like a rabbit!

Sugarfina has something for everyone this Easter with an assortment of goodies such as limited-edition candy cubes, pastel chocolate bars and a cutesy candy bento box. Marks & Spencer
Our favourite go-to grocery store is now fully stocked for Easter with a line-up of adorable chocolatey treats, ranging from Angus the Bull ($99) to Moonbeam the Unicorn ($99), as well as a chocolate chick filled with mini speckled eggs ($199). For a more “adult” version, there’s the “Proseggo” egg ($199) made with berries and Prosecco-flavoured milk chocolate and the Bees Knees ($159), a white chocolate egg made with Swiss chocolate and caramelised sugar. Each year, Marks & Spencer sell over 42 million hot cross buns (price varies)! This year, M&S have seven flavours to entice shoppers, including chocolate chip, salted caramel, orange marmalade, Kentish Bramley apple and blueberry. They’ve even got a gluten-free variety!

The Cakery
You don’t have to miss out on the Easter fun if you’re on a gluten-free, sugar-free diet. The Cakery has created a selection of animal-shaped chiffon cakes (5-in cake at $480/7-in cake at $880) using no artificial colouring. There’s the What a Hoot chocolate owl cake, the Wascally Wabbit black sesame bunny cake and the cheeky Little Pecker chick cake. All cakes require 1–2 days advance notice to order.
