Infiniti C opened up its first shop in Kennedy Town, which soon became a popular hang-out thanks to its beautiful, brightly coloured, 100%-gluten-free cakes. Many of the cakes are vegan and keto too. We recently visited the second branch, Infiniti C by October (October is the baker) in Sai Ying Pun, where we found out that cakes aren’t the only delicious, guilt-free items on the menu.

Savoury items include free-range chicken mole poblano with cauliflower rice ($108) and caramel fig prosciutto on homemade gluten-free toast ($85). And don’t leave without a slice of the signature royal blue rose cake ($62), which gets its colour from natural blue spirulina, or the keto tiramisu ($78).
