In honour of its 10th anniversary operating in Hong Kong, Little Bao, the renowned Cantonese fusion restaurant brand owned by Chef May Chow, is launching the Happy Bao Pack.
Available from Nov. 12, 2023 until Jan. 8, 2024, this special menu pays homage to Hong Kong’s culinary heritage and comes with limited-edition memorabilia, following May’s introduction of the iconic Bao Burger in 2009 at Taikoo’s Tong Chong Street Market.
Inspired by nostalgic fast-food meal boxes, the Happy Bao Pack (HK$158) aims to bring joy to diners, including one limited-special bao, a sundae and a Bao Fam glass.
The first pack takes us down memory lane with the Beef Short Rib “Char Siu” Bao. Made with 48-hour slow-cooked USDA Prime short rib, indulgent egg-yolk sauce and scallion mayo, this bao is a true delight.
The pack also features the Fung Sin Sundae, a classic Hong Kong dessert with pineapple gelato, passion-fruit granita, mango and banana and white chocolate crisps.
Complimentary Bao Fam glass options include the MARV and ALFIE glasses, available from 12 November–4 December. Stay tuned for the second pack, a special collaboration with Impossible, available from 5–25 December.
