Once Hong Kong’s most legendary “red sauce” restaurant, Posto Pubblico is returning for one night at Fini’s Wan Chai on Dec. 16 to celebrate the classic flavours of the former Soho restaurant, which opened in 2009.

Featuring hits such as the Bronx Bomber OG skillet pizza, orecchiette, and the Posto-famous veal meatballs, the one-off pop-up dinner includes two dining sessions at 6PM and 8:30PM, costing HKD688 per person for a family-style tasting menu.

The dinner begins with Posto’s signature antipasti of spicy clams, caprese salad, and famous meatballs, before diving into the secondi, the famed Bronx Bomber skillet pizza, orecchiette, cacio e pepe, king prawn scampi, and roasted pumpkin. The dinner ends with the chocolate-rich dolce diner cake.
