Hong Kong’s beloved sandwich bodega Fat Chad’s is returning for a one-day pop-up at all-American bar and restaurant Graceland this Sunday (Dec. 17) to celebrate the legendary flavours of Hong Kong’s once greatest sandwich shop.

Founded in 2020, Fat Chad’s grew to hold a cult status in Sai Ying Pun for crafting the finest New York City-inspired sandwiches that Hong Kong has ever seen, including the ever-popular Reuben, fish-powered The Louis, and ham- and cheese-packed The Cubano.

The menu will include fun-loving dishes Fat Dip, a play on the French dip, a Messy Gambino sandwich, an animal-style Naughty Tottie slider, and Angry Inch, which are mapo-tofu-style tater tots.

Held at American-loving eatery Graceland in Mong Kok, book yourself in from 12PM onwards on Sunday to explore the flavours of the former sandwich shop, with a new menu sharing the love of New York City and the South.
