Everyone’s favourite brunch café Baked is set to open a third location in the trendy Tai Hang neighbourhood, according to an announcement by South African founder Zahir Mohamed on Instagram.

Aiming for a soft opening on Jan. 18, the brand will grow to three after Zahir’s first store on Elgin Street in Soho and a second on Queen’s Road East at the foot of Starstreet Precinct.

The café serves a hearty menu of “lekker” food – South African slang for “good vibes” – with consideration given to green ingredients and powerful seasoned proteins.
