Head bartender Tamaryn Cooper and chef Jenica Carla Cruz from 28 HongKong Street will be showcasing their prowess, creating kick-ass American-style craft cocktails and highlighting bold flavours.
Notable cocktails on the menu include the vodka-based pineapple-mango-elderflower Bitter About My Ex (HKD160), the refreshing cognac -and Aperol-blended Galactic Booze Cruise (HKD160), and Butter Be Nice (HKD170) with Burn Butter Glenmorangie 10 years single-malt whisky and Hennessy VSOP cognac.
Don’t forget to try the signature burger (HKD268), fetching a high price for a good bite, and the apple frites (HKD160) with bourbon cream.
