Located just off Castle Peak Road in Yuen Long’s city centre, the Chiu Chow-style noodle shop packs a menu tight with pork, chicken, beef brisket, and fish ball toppings added to a rich, umami soup base, with the added bonus of ordering from their special Chiu Chow menu (潮州佬特別呈現炮製).
For the price of HKD80, one can enjoy a single plate of rich delicacies such as bull penis, bull heart, cow vagina, and bull tail, alongside an order of rice or wheat noodles. Upgrade to a soup bowl at HKD110 for “one portion of cow” or HKD160 for “one-and-a-half portions of cow”.
