Korea’s leading steakhouse BORN & BRED is coming to Hong Kong this summer, opening their first restaurant in the city: a noodle restaurant located in Soho.

Jung Sang-won, founder and head chef of the BORN & BRED group, teased on Instagram the boarding of the BORN & BRED “noodle project” restaurant set to open on Hollywood Road in the coming months.

With a mission to introduce “better beef” to Hong Kong – we expect only the finest of Hanwoo beef cuts inside our noodle bowls – there are few details to share beyond the Instagram teaser.

As Asia’s 64th-best restaurant, BORN & BRED leads the meat pack with their signature 20-course menu boasting rich and rare cuts of Hanwoo beef. We excitedly anticipate BORN & BRED’s arrival, bringing top Korean flavours to our K-crazed city.
