Creating their own Hong Kong-style bean curd daily, Dau Gung Gun in Mong Kok has entered the neighbourhood, exhibiting the versatility of the soybean in both sweet and salty forms.

The restaurant’s menu presents an assortment of soy milk drinks, omelettes, stir-fried dishes, noodles, and congee with tofu and silken tofu. During the soft-opening period, they are only accepting cash for payment. 

Recommended dishes for first-time visitors include the signature ma po tofu douhua (HKD26) featuring a chilli-crisp touch to the traditional silken tofu snack, meat-floss soy egg crepe (HKD38), lao ban gam noodles (HKD36), and goji berry, red date, and brown sugar soy milk (HKD22).
