With Grand Hyatt Hong Kong’s 35th-anniversary celebrations this November including special anniversary set menus at One Harbour Road and Grissini, the five-star hotel in Wan Chai has also unveiled a series of exciting gastronomic events at its elegant buffet restaurant, Tiffin.

First and foremost, what’s really got our heart beating is Tiffin’s upcoming “A Grand Cheese Extravaganza” buffet on Nov. 14. Set to showcase one of the longest cheeseboards in Asia with an incredible 250 varieties of cheese courtesy of master French cheesemongers Les Frères Marchand, this all-you-can-eat cheese feast also features an array of cheesy desserts, from cheesecake in assorted flavours to cheese panna cotta, on top of Tiffin’s standard (read: exceptional) buffet offerings.

If you’re not a turophile (look it up!), another luxe 35th-anniversary experience at Tiffin is the “A Grand Night of Elegance” on Nov. 21 – the hotel’s exact anniversary date – pairing free-flow Ruinart Blanc de Blancs champagne with Royal Oscietra caviar and David Hervé oysters (Monsieur Hervé himself will be in the house on the night).

Also for the whole of November at Tiffin, historic gelato house Fabbri from Italy will be popping up at the restaurant’s lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner buffets with a selection of the brand’s exquisite gelato flavours.
