The illustrious Carbone Hong Kong is turning 10 this November, and the celebrations are set to pour in at the world’s most popular New York-Italian red-sauce restaurant.

A decade after the brand arrived in Hong Kong, the restaurant is preparing a 10th-anniversary menu (HKD818 for 2), available for dinner from Oct. 28 till Oct. 31, to celebrate all the greats that have passed through the Lan Kwai Fong restaurant.

The menu includes Carbone classics like Caesar alla ZZ, Mario’s meatballs, spicy rigatoni vodka, veal Parmesan, and NY lemon cheesecake for dessert. All the dishes are priced at their original 2014 prices, giving diners yet another reason to stop by to try them.

Even better, from Oct. 30 till Nov. 2, chef-founder-owner of the Carbone chain, Mario Carbone, will be back in Hong Kong after eight years to greet guests and usher in more good times.
