The latest addition to our must-try brunch list in Hong Kong is Grand Majestic Sichuan, Black Sheep Restaurants’ glam Sichuan spot in Central.

Chef Theign Phan gives us yet another reason to visit this Sichuan eatery with the launch of the bimonthly Majestic Brunch (HKD588 pp), which kicks off on Nov. 3 and is available going forwards on the first and third Sunday of each month.

On this new spice-fuelled brunch menu are unlimited appetisers, vegetables, rice, and noodles, plus a choice of main course. Diner should get ready for a flurry of aromatic and flavourful dishes to hit the table, including smacked cucumber, chilli oil beef slices, bang bang chicken, chilli oil pork wontons, pickled mustard green fish, tangerine-peel beef, firecracker chicken, and dan dan noodles.

Guests can also top up with a two-hour free-flow beverage package, priced from HKD398 per person.
