The world’s highest rooftop bar – OZONE – has unveiled a new cocktail menu exploring 12 libations consumed in the clashing themes of a futuristic part-cyberpunk, part-tropical world.
The new Neo Nexus cocktail menu delves into three themes, namely Neo, Nexus, and Tropical Noir, with Hong Kong and Asian flavours and visual motifs found throughout the menu.
Highlights in the Neo and Nexus sections include Walled City (HKD228), a blend of a French negroni and Hong Kong’s yuenyeung coffee-tea mix, The Aviary (HKD208), which is inspired by the cocktail Jungle Bird, Neon Lights (HKD228), a liquid homage to James Bond’s visits to the city, and The Hive (HKD178), which features Hong Kong wild honey.
Tropical Noir seeks to bring bar-goers into a futuristic tropical realm, and the cocktails reflect this ethos. Try The Redeemer (HKD228), a fusion of Brazilian and Japanese flavours made with cachaça, and Electric Jungle (HKD208), which takes on a classic sherry cobbler cocktail.
