Back after two years, Black Sheep RestaurantsChalet des Alpes pop-up has made a welcome return to Soho for two weeks this December.

The wintry dining experience, taking guests on an immersive journey to a cosy Alpine mountain retreat, can be booked for dinner from 6PM from Dec. 16 to 29.

The succinct three-course set dinner menu (HKD688 pp) features three starters – a chef’s selection of cured meats, mache salad, and raclette – followed by the main fondue event. The sumptuous classic Swiss cheese fondue is made traditionally with Gruyère and Vacherin cheeses, laced with plenty of white wine. Dessert comes in the form of a simple but deadly chocolate tart.

To accompany your fondue feast, we suggest season-appropriate tipples like eggnog (HKD108) and mulled wine (HKD108). You can also take advantage of Black Sheep’s buy-one-bring-one corkage policy till the end of 2024.

What’s more, there are nightly prizes for the best après-ski fits out there!
