Available for savouring only in winter, SNOWSAND is a cherished dessert brand from Hokkaido that’s taken Japan by storm. It was founded in 2021 by Shintaro Naganuma, also the brainchild of another popular Japanese dessert chain, BAKE INC.

The SNOWSAND chocolate sandwich (HKD145/8pcs; HKD295/16pcs) is the brand’s hero product, selling more than six million units in Japan alone. This cookie as well as the SNOWBALL chocolate truffle (HKD115/9pcs) are currently yours for the eating in Hong Kong at SNOWSAND’s pop-up at K11 Art Mall, on until Jan. 5., 2025.

The SNOWSAND chocolate sandwich is made with rich, winter-produced milk from Hokkaido, combining two crispy langue-de-chat cookies with a smooth white or dark chocolate filling. Crafted with cream from Hokkaido, the SNOWBALL chocolate truffle is a more classic chocolatey confection.

SNOWSAND, Atrium, K11 Art Mall, 18 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, 3118 8070
