Burgeoning Thai restaurant Asura features a host of classic dishes on its new menu, inspired by Bangkok’s walkable and fragrant Banthat Thong Road.

With three Hong Kong spots in Causeway Bay, Kai Tak, and Tsim Sha Tsui East, Asura has brought five dishes to our city in preparation for a cool winter. The crispy fish mince with curry paste and ginger kicks things off with a sour and salty mix of curry, basil, kaffir lime, and salted egg.

A Bangkok classic, the tornado pork belly with jaew sauce has landed at Asura to showcase homely and punchy flavours. The deep-fried grouper with Thai garlic hits equally hard with a complementary blend of soft fish and crunchy garlic.

Other new dishes on the menu include chilli paste fried rice with tiger prawn and red curry tiger prawn dipping noodles.
