Singapore import The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. has made a splash in Hong Kong with its handcrafted ice-cream sandwiches in funky flavours.

Just in time for Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day, the ice-cream shop has launched a selection of festive items, available for purchase until Feb. 28. The star of the show is the jasmine white chocolate ice-cream sandwich (HKD89), which comes with toppings of a lucky chocolate “blessing” and edible rose petals.

Beverage options include the fragrant Oolong Symphony (HKD59 hot; HKD69 iced), a non-alcoholic blend of lychee rose oolong tea, hawthorn jam, berries, and apple jelly, and the Calamansi Sour (HKD145), a tart calamansi-infused whisky sour balanced with ginger and honey.

Those wishing to dine in at the concept shop can indulge in the Pearl Blossom (HKD159) dessert, which features a white-wine-poached pear and scoop of the new jasmine white chocolate ice cream, along with osmanthus sauce, crispy white chocolate balls, ginger cream, champagne jelly, and edible gold foil.

Ideal for gifting, the Golden Treasures (HKD239) set comes with two jars of palmiers in two flavours: Radiant Yuzu (yuzu chocolate and ginger candy) and Raspberry Bliss (sour strawberry chocolate with crispy raspberry bits).
