Six restaurants from Hong Kong have placed on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 51–100 extended list for 2025, two weeks ahead of the awards ceremony in Seoul on Mar. 25.

The list welcomes 13 newcomers to the 51–100 list this year, representing 21 cities in Asia, up from 16 in the 2024 list. Hong Kong’s highest-ranked restaurant on the extended list is VEA, coming in at number 53.

In total, six Hong Kong restaurants have placed on the 2025 extended list, including VEA (53), Xin Rong Ji (56), Testina (60), Ta Vie (64), Feuille (93), and 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA (94). Six restaurants from Hong Kong joined the extended list in 2024, with VEA holding its place and Ta Vie moving down from the 55th spot. 

The Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 awards ceremony will be live-streamed on the 50 Best Restaurants TV YouTube channel, starting at 20:00 KST on Mar. 25. Let the grand countdown commence!
