Olivier Elzer has announced the launch of Olivier Elzer Hospitality Group in a post on social media, marking the consolidation of the chef’s concepts across Hong Kong and Asia.

The chef states that whilst his group has been operating for more than two years in the region, he has kept this information private to ensure stable growth in building the concepts and portfolio.

Currently, the Michelin-starred chef runs and consults for L’Envol, Clarence, and La Suite at Clarence in Hong Kong, L’éclat 19 in Hangzhou, Seasons by olivier e. in Taipei, and Aux Beaux Arts in Macau.

“I’m so proud to say that today, Olivier Elzer Hospitality Group is a leading hospitality collective shaping the future of dining across Asia. Drawing inspiration from wellness, fashion, and the arts, we create restaurants that go beyond just food – they offer immersive experiences that blend culture, craftsmanship, and innovation,” he writes on LinkedIn.

“At our core, we believe great dining is about more than what’s on the plate – it’s about storytelling, atmosphere, and the moments that stay with you long after the meal.”
