Following the huge success of Bar Leone, Lorenzo Antinori is opening a second bar in Hong Kong, joining forces with Simone Caporale of Sips in Barcelona to unveil Cuban-inspired bar Montana in the summer of 2025.

Crowned the second-best bar at The World’s 50 Best Bars 2024, Simone Caporale joins the Bar Leone founder to explore the world of El Club de los Cantineros, the Cuban bartending culture of Miami in the 1970s.

Expect a focus on classic Cuban mixology, with highlights of daiquiri, mojito, and El Presidente cocktails.
