Fireside in Central has climbed 20 places in the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants 2025 to earn 50th place amongst the best global meat emporiums. 

Landing on the list at 70th place in 2024, the steakhouse led by chef Jaime Ortolá now enjoys back-to-back placements on the list.

The meat space explores open-fire cuisine with a focus on charcoal-grilled beef, pork, lamb, and seafood.

The World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants guide is published by London-based media company Upper Cut Media House. 

Rankings on the annual list are determined by nine criteria, including quality of meat, service standard, curated wine list, online presence, and interior design.
