Two Indian powerhouses are joining forces for an unforgettable dining experience this June when Michelin-starred CHAAT at Rosewood Hong Kong hosts New Delhi’s Indian Accent.

Though there’s no Michelin Guide in India, Indian Accent has won a slew of awards since its opening in 2013, including being named the best restaurant in India by La Liste for the past two years.

On Jun. 20 for lunch and Jun. 21 for lunch and dinner, chef Shantanu Mehrotra of Indian Accent will be cooking up a storm alongside chef Gaurav Kuthari of CHAAT, offering two collaborative tasting menus (HKD888 for lunch; HK1,698 for dinner).

Diners can expect a creative display of bold Indian flavours and presentation by the chef duo. Highlights from chef Shantanu and the Indian Accent team include the soft-shell crab congee, Wagyu beef and sweet onion korma, and doda burfi treacle tart.

This collaboration is a must for Indian cuisine fans in Hong Kong!
