Mere months after The Spoon kicked off proceedings on Gough Street, the pasta bar is expanding with a new restaurant located a few streets east in Central.

Run by chef Dylan Tan and restaurateur Carmen Yau, The Spoon Focaccia will place the menu focus on focaccia.

According to the chef, diners can expect “a [continuation of a] neighbourhood vibe,” cold cuts, seafood pairings with wine, and an expansion of The Spoon’s current drink offerings.

The target opening for The Spoon Focaccia is slated for the end of May.
