Mere months after The Spoon kicked off proceedings on Gough Street, the pasta bar is expanding with a new restaurant located a few streets east in SoHo.

Run by chef Dylan Tan and restaurateur Carmen Yau, The Spoon Focaccia will bring focus to focaccia in their menu.

According to their chef, expect “a [continuation of a] neighbourhood vibe,” cold cuts, and seafood dish pairings with wine, an expansion of The Spoon’s current drinks offerings.

The target opening for The Spoon Focaccia is expected to be at the end of May.
