It used to be the hotel’s executive lounge, but now Hotel ICON in eastern Tsim Sha Tsui has transformed this ninth-floor space into a stylish bar, Timeless Lounge.

The lounge’s stunning harbour views are a selling point, as are the premium red rice sakes on the menu – considered rare even in Japan. These prized bottles include Izumo Kaminiwa Kodaimai Genshu (HKD138/HKD238/HKD900), Kikusakari Asamurasaki (HKD138/HKD238/HKD900), and Sakura Red Sweet 11 (HKD98/HKD330). Sake flights are also available.

If you’re feeling peckish, Timeless Lounge features snack and food menus, with the international small bites ranging from a Thai snack platter (HKD108) to Spanish garlic shrimp with toast (HKD108) and Japanese specialities like tuna sashimi (HKD218) and fried Japanese smelt with shichimi (HKD68).
